What a PASS pilot looks like

Peer Tutors, Reviewed Before Approval

Each tutor is reviewed by our team and may be asked to verify school affiliation, coursework, identity, or eligibility before accepting bookings. Additional safety requirements may apply before tutors can work with minor learners.

One Invoice Model (In Design)

Pilot districts can pre-pay a pool of tutoring hours so covered students book at $0. We're refining this billing model with our first pilot partners.

Usage Reports (In Design)

Pilot districts will get a simple usage summary of covered sessions. Exact fields are being scoped with our first pilot partners.

One Code to Roll Out

Share a single invite code with families or counselors. Students sign up, paste the code, and they're covered.

How a pilot starts

  2. 02

    Scope a small pilot

We'll work with you on a starting scope — a single course, grade, or school.

  3. 03

    Onboard students

Students sign up with a pilot invite code.

  4. 04

    Review together

After the pilot we share usage and outcomes, then decide next steps.
